How Often Should You Have Your Car Valeted
There isn't one schedule that works for every car. How often your vehicle needs valeting depends on how much it is driven, where it is kept and how quickly dirt builds up inside and out. A car used every day will naturally need attention more often than one covering relatively few miles, while children, pets, commuting and poor weather can all shorten the time between cleans.
Regular Valeting Makes Maintenance Easier
For a car that is already in good condition, a monthly maintenance valet is an effective way to prevent dirt and grime from becoming heavily established. Keeping on top of the vehicle regularly also means each visit is focused on maintaining that standard rather than repeatedly recovering a car that has been left for several months. For many regularly used cars, this is the simplest approach to keeping both the interior and exterior consistently presentable.
If You Leave it Longer Between Valets
Not everyone needs or wants their car cleaned every month. If a couple of months have passed, our reset detail is better suited to dealing with the additional build-up that comes with normal driving. Cars left considerably longer, or those with heavier dirt inside and out, may require our deep clean reset detail, which allows additional time, products and cleaning techniques to bring the vehicle back to a suitable standard.
Pricing
Here are the services we provide. Prices listed are for small/medium vehicles where large and XL vehicles or above incur a small further charge to cover labour and product expenses.
Additional charges will also be quoted upon inspection for excess pet hair, staining, or anything that may require specialised targeted treatment or result in additional labour.

Yes. Vos Detailing offers mobile valeting and detailing. Confirm the address, parking/access and any practical requirements when arranging the booking.

No. Valeting is primarily cleaning and maintaining the car. Detailing covers more involved work such as decontamination, machine polishing, paint correction and ceramic coating, aswell as cleaning and/or restoring parts of the vehicle a valet simply would not touch.

It depends on the package, vehicle size and condition. A maintenance valet is quicker than a deep interior and exterior reset; the expected times are detailed on the detailing services price list above, and will be confirmed when booking.
