No — we’re fully mobile and completely self-sufficient. While many of our customers are still happy to provide, we bring our own filtered water and low-noise power supply, so you don’t need to set anything up.

Our packages are designed for different needs:

• Vos Exterior Refresh - Regular upkeep and safe cleaning.

• Vos Maintenance Detail - A deeper more focussed clean.

• Vos Reset Detail - Thorough interior/exterior cleaning with added protection.

• Vos Enhancement / Vos Correction - Machine polishing and higher-level refinement.

No — as long as we have access to the vehicle. We’re fully mobile and self-contained.

Just the keys and enough space around the vehicle. We supply our own water and power.

Card, bank transfer, and cash.

If the scratch is in the clear coat, we can usually remove it fully with machine polishing.
If it’s gone through the paint (you can feel it with your nail / you see white or grey underneath), we can still improve it massively, but it may not disappear 100% without a proper respray. Either way, we’ll tell you straight before we start.

Scratch repair pricing depends on:

• How deep it is

• How big the area is

• Where it is on the car (edges + bumpers can take longer)

• Whether it needs more than polishing (heavy correction / multiple stages)

Most fixes are priced after a quick look or photos, so you’re not guessing or paying for something you don’t need.
