Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked with Vos Detailing (“VOS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits
Some services (including but not limited to paint correction, ceramic coating, and other high-end treatments) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
This deposit:
Confirms your appointment date and time
Covers scheduling, preparation and lost booking opportunities
Will be deducted from your final invoice
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a call-out fee
No-shows will result in loss of deposit or a charge for time reserved
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of further bookings
All cancellation requests must be made via phone, text or email.
3. Refunds
As a service-based business, Vos Detailing does not offer refunds once work has started or been completed.
Detailing is a time-, labour- and product-based service. Once performed:
Time and materials cannot be returned
Results may vary depending on vehicle condition
Certain stains or defects may be permanent
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations
Issues caused by pre-existing damage
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
4. Service Issues
If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We may offer (at our discretion):
A re-inspection
A touch-up
A partial resolution where reasonable
This does not guarantee a refund.
5. Weather & External Conditions (Mobile Jobs)
For mobile appointments, weather or unsafe working conditions may require rescheduling. In such cases, your appointment will be moved to the next available date at no extra charge.
Vos Detailing is not liable for cancellations caused by:
Severe weather
Unsafe locations
Lack of access, water or electricity (if required)
