These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vos Detailing website and any services provided by Vos Detailing (“VOS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Vos Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing and related services including but not limited to:
Mobile detailing
Valeting
Paint correction
Ceramic coatings
Interior treatments
Protection packages
All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Bookings
When you make a booking with Vos Detailing, you agree that:
All information provided is accurate and complete
You are the owner or authorised representative of the vehicle
The vehicle will be available, unlocked (unless agreed otherwise), and ready at the scheduled time and location
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All prices are subject to vehicle condition, size, and contamination level
Quotes are estimates unless stated in writing
Additional work required due to excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or heavy contamination may incur extra charges (you will always be informed first)
Prices may change without notice
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a call-out fee or loss of deposit
Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings
5. Deposits
For certain services (including paint correction and ceramic coating), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Vos Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
Scratches, dents, paint defects, rust, loose trims
Worn interiors, fragile plastics, cracked leather
Electrical or mechanical issues
By booking our service, you confirm that the vehicle is in a safe condition to be worked on.
We are not liable for:
Failure of damaged or previously repaired paintwork
Issues arising from aftermarket modifications
Items left inside the vehicle
We strongly recommend removing all valuable personal items before service.
7. Service Environment (Mobile Jobs)
For mobile detailing appointments, the customer is responsible for providing:
Safe, legal and accessible parking
Adequate working space
Permission to work at the location (if required)
Unsafe or unsuitable conditions may result in job cancellation with a call-out fee applied.
8. Results Disclaimer
Detailing is a restorative and cosmetic process. While we aim for the highest possible standard, certain defects or staining may not be fully removable. No service can guarantee 100% permanent perfection.
By booking, you acknowledge realistic results.
9. Aftercare Responsibility
If a coating or protection product is applied, the customer agrees to follow the recommended aftercare guidelines provided by Vos Detailing. Failure to do so may void any warranty or longevity claims.
10. Website Use
You may not:
Copy content, images or branding without written permission
Attempt to damage, hack or interfere with the website
Use the website for illegal purposes
All content is intellectual property of Vos Detailing unless otherwise stated.
11. Changes to Terms
Vos Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
